Return Policy

Thank-you for your purchase. We hope you are happy we your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us by emailing Info@boujeeboho.ca

Please provide us with the reason for return and we will determine as quickly as possible if you are eligible for a return. 

Returns: 

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returns items must be new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels attached. Damaged items will not be accepted unless pre-approved due to shipping damage. 

Return Process: 

To return an item, please email info@boujeeboho.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with item, and proof of purchase.

*Please note you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a tracking number. Boujee Boho Inc. is not responsible for any lost items by the courier you choose. 

Credits or Exchange

After receiving your item return and inspecting the condition of your item we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the date of receipt of your item to process your return credit or ship your exchange. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Sales items are final sales and not eligible for return

Not all items qualify for return credit or exchange and are determined independently to the circumstance.
